All of our Ready to Wear items are sized at the point when you place your order. With this in mind, we aim to have your order dispatched within 10 working days (Monday-Friday). During busier periods there may be a slight delay to this estimate.

We offer free UK postage with Royal Mail Tracked 24. They aim to deliver the next working day, Monday – Friday, though sometimes it takes a day or two longer depending on how busy they are. You can upgrade to Special delivery for a small fee, but please note this doesn’t have any impact on how quickly your jewellery can be sized and packed. Processing time is still up to 10 working days, even for special delivery orders.

If you are choosing to have your items hand engraved or to have gemstones added to a piece that doesn’t already have a gemstone (such as adding gemstone eyes to a creature ring), then please be aware that processing time may be extended (subject to gemstone availability).

If you have a particular deadline, please contact us before ordering and we will do everything that we can to meet that deadline.
