As these pieces are bespoke, they’re not automatically eligible for refunds in the same way as off the shelf purchases. If the final piece deviates from the brief in anyway or has any faults we will do everything we can to rectify this as is our responsibility, free of charge. If you require changes to the finished piece in other ways we normally charge for that service. .
