Richard was a joy to work with for my wedding ring. The process of designing the ring was very collaborative and informative, and I was really happy with what we landed on. The ring arrived on time to Canada from the UK and was even better than expected. When I had concern about the size I selected being correct, Richard provided excellent customer service and offered to have it shipped back to his shop to be sized up without affecting the design. It wasn’t necessary after all as I got used to the ring, but I really appreciate the attention he gave to ensuring I was fully satisfied with the final product.
